Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Company: Smart IT Host

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of all services provided by Smart IT Host including Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Cloud Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers and related services. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• All hosted content
• User activities under their account
• Account security and password protection
• Updating and patching scripts and applications

3. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities including fraud, phishing, malware distribution, hacking attempts, copyright infringement and criminal facilitation are strictly prohibited.

4. Spam & Email Abuse

Unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, open SMTP relay, and mass mailing without authorization are not permitted.

5. Resource Abuse

Excessive CPU, RAM, Disk I/O or bandwidth usage that affects other users is prohibited. Upgrade may be required.

6. Scripts, Plugins & Applications

Smart IT Host provides and sells various scripts, plugins, applications, and custom software solutions. The following terms apply:

• All scripts, plugins, and applications are provided "as-is" unless otherwise specified in a separate license agreement
• Customers are responsible for proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased scripts and applications
• Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of purchased scripts/plugins/applications is strictly prohibited
• Modification of scripts/plugins/applications is permitted for personal use only, unless explicitly restricted
• Support and updates for purchased scripts/plugins/applications are provided according to the terms of purchase
• Refunds for scripts, plugins, or applications are subject to the Refund Policy and may not be available after download/installation
• Using scripts/plugins/applications for illegal activities or policy violations may result in service termination
• Customers must ensure scripts/plugins/applications are kept updated and secure to prevent vulnerabilities

For custom script development, separate terms and conditions may apply as specified in the service agreement.

7. Adult Content Policy

Hosting any adult (18+), pornographic, or sexually explicit content on Smart IT Host services is strictly prohibited.

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Adult content or related services that violate local or international laws
• Child exploitation material or any illegal content involving minors
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or unethical adult material

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account without prior notice.

8. VPS & Dedicated Responsibility

Customers are responsible for server security, OS updates, firewall configuration and root access risks.

9. DDoS & Network Abuse

Participation in DDoS attacks, proxy services, IRC bots, cryptocurrency mining or network scanning is prohibited.

10. DMCA & Copyright

Copyright complaints may result in content removal. Repeat violations may lead to termination. Report to: [email protected]

11. Backup & Data Responsibility

Customers must maintain independent backups. Smart IT Host is not liable for data loss.

12. Enforcement

Smart IT Host may issue warnings, suspend or terminate services without refund in case of violations.
